  We are new the area and I tried to call to make an appointment. The website said if you are a "new patient", just call for an appointment. Once on the phone with the front desk reception, I was informed that ALL doctors are not accepting new patients. Never heard of this before? Misleading information on the website! They must not have any need to make money or establish good relationships with new people to the area. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

  Usually I would complain about a Dr's office but my visit yesterday was very nice. I signed in a few minutes before my appointment time, sat down and was immediately called back. My dr who I see once a year usually unless something comes up knew exactly who I was and made the visit very personable. He told me what I could do to fix the problem, wrote a prescription and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Even the receptionists who generally have attitudes especially later in the afternoon were really nice.

  I am a newer patient at this office. My doctor is extremely attentive to my concerns; the nurses are very nice as well. I have not had any issues scheduling appointments with my provider. I am giving this office a 3 out of 5 simply for their patient access representatives. The few times I have been to this office, the representatives do not acknowledge my presence as I stand up there waiting to be checked in. I have had to speak up both times to ask if "this is where I need to check in". Not once did they smile, or say good morning; they are not personable at all. As a medical professional, I feel they are the first faces patients see when coming into their office, and for some, their first impression of the office. They should REALLY work on their people skills because if it were not for my provider, I would go on down the road to Greenville Health System's new establishment in Boiling Springs !!!!!
